Even extreme poverty cannot destroy the will of art; living in the souls of the oppressed and revealed in a myriad of ways.

Van Gogh drew and painted on whatever he could put his hands on. Gees Bend quilters often pieced together art from fabric scraps found on the ground. And with the help of their grown folk,  teens in Paraguay, South America are pulling orchestral music from the landfills they call home.
